Safety data sheets as the first source of information

The safety data sheet contains important information which should be taken into account in accordance with TRGS 555. Nothing of relevance must be forgotten. If there are new safety data sheet versions, the hazardous substance operating instruction has to be updated.

Large number of workplaces, potentially combined with many languages

The operating instruction must always be workplace-specific and available in the language spoken by the employees. If there are many hazardous substances at similar workplaces, this gives rise to many individual documents which only differ in a few, location-specific areas and which must be kept up-to-date.

Operational standardisation and traceability

The operating instruction forms the basis for employee training, which is extremely important. It should have a signal effect and a uniform appearance in your corporate design. The versions of an operating instruction must be precisely traceable.

Standardised creation of hazardous substance operating instructions from the safety data sheet

These can be customised and can be created in series for many workplaces with different location-specific data.
