The storage of hazardous substances can create risks for humans and the environment, depending on the stored quantity and properties of the stored substances. In case of joint storage of different substances, their properties can lead to an increased risk. In accordance with the Technical Rules for Hazardous Substances (TRGS) 510, this case must not occur in practice. For these reasons, there is a joint storage prohibition for these substances.
