The REACH candidate list of substances of very high concern (SVHC) contains substances which are collected and evaluated due to their dangerous properties and may become subject to authorisation in future. The target is to replace these substances of very high concern with substances or processes which are less hazardous. Mixtures which contain SVHC substances, even in the smallest quantities, require documentation in the form of a safety data sheet, even if the mixture does not represent a danger to humans or the environment in accordance with the CLP Regulation.
