GefStoff-Profi

Convenient management of hazardous substances

GeSi³

Your hazardous substance management software

Master these challenges in no time at all & avoid liability risks

Insufficient or incorrect information about hazardous substances can endanger both the health of employees and the environment.
It is therefore crucial to keep a verifiable and well-maintained register of hazardous substances.
This register not only enables efficient management of hazardous substances, but also serves as a reliable source of information in the event of inquiries from the authorities and in the context of certifications.
By correctly documenting and maintaining this information, companies minimize the risk to their employees and contribute to the safety of the environment.

REACH conformity

The GeSi³ GefStoff-Profi supports you with the extensive REACH obligations for downstream users, e.g. safety data sheet management, REACH archiving deadlines and monitoring the REACH candidate list status of your ingredients.

Your advantage

You can request updated safety data sheet versions by serial mail to your suppliers and import them via the standardized SDScomXML interface or with the online tool SDBcheck®.
REACH-compliant archiving of your hazardous substance documents is guaranteed.

Obligation to update

GeSi³ automatically notifies you of any changes to the hazardous substance that require updates to the hazardous substance risk assessment or the hazardous substance operating instructions.
Changed limit values are also displayed.

Your advantage

With the dashboard, you can immediately recognize the need for action within the hazardous substance management software and can save your individual to-do lists as a repository.

Document distribution

With GeSi³, you can easily distribute your hazardous substances register across all locations via the Internat.
This also applies to operating instructions and safety data sheets that are linked to the hazardous substances register.

Your advantage

You have no additional effort for the distribution of documents.
The documents are always up-to-date thanks to the hazardous substance management software.
